We were approached by a customer who needed assistance relocating their manufacturing site to a new premises in Beaumont Leys, Leicester. This complex move required dismantling, transporting, and repositioning key equipment while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Spray Booth Reconfiguration and Ducting Installation
As part of the relocation, we stripped down and reassembled a fully enclosed dry back spray booth and drying room, adapting the exhaust ducting to fit the new layout. The existing filter system was carefully refurbished, repaired, and modified to be installed externally at the new premises. Additionally, a completely new ducting system was designed and installed to accommodate both the relocated and new joinery machinery, ensuring optimal performance in the updated workspace.
